Gas Filtration – 0.2 um Hydrophobic PTFE

Helapet ISOVent® 0.2 micron hydrophobic filtration devices provide excellent filtration capabilities for gas and air used across a variety of industries.

One of the most common applications is the prevention of water and vapour from penetrating through to the downstream side of the filter thus protecting instruments and equipment from the intrusion of moisture.

The filters can also be used for the sterile venting of vessels and containers, allowing pressure to be released whilst preventing the ingress of potentially contaminated air.

ISOVent® 0.2 micron filters can be used for purifying air for gas detection applications and are capable of eliminating volatile gases.

Our onsite manufacturing uses the latest ultrasonic technology that enables us to seal a variety of medias into plastic housings whilst maintaining housing and media integrity.

Helapet filtration devices have been tested and validated using alcohol to determine bubble point values to assure and maintain quality and efficiency of the filter media and the housing integrity is tested using the latest pressure testing techniques.
