In-line filter - housing materials

A choice of disc sizes ranging from 10mm – 60mm diameter, or custom designed to suit your application, with a range of housing materials in amorphous or crystalline plastic materials.

Injection moulding is the primary building block for filtration devices, we design the tooling for this process but equally, we can work with you to develop custom tooling specifically for your application.

Insert Moulding

Our insert moulding equipment enables an overmoulding process to make custom attachments and designs to cater for all your special requirements.

The Precision of Ultrasonics

Our 'State of the art' ultrasonic processing technology allows our manufacturing engineers to make precision welds of filter media, heat stake combinations of media together, and make accurate cutting and edge sealing of most separation media.

Bespoke Connectors

A comprehensive range of connectors can be selected from male and female luers, slip, NPT through to barb connectors, bespoke and combination options.

The right connector is important so the filter is easily assembled into your equipment. We offer all the standard connectors in the arrangement that suits you.

Specialist Tampo Printing

Our tampo printing technology allows us to incorporate your logo onto the printing of the filter housing, offering brand marketing opportunities that produce customer loyalty. Master batch coding enables a variety of colours to be produced for differentiation and coding.
